Do you support tabs, split bills and tipping?

Yes — with a properly integrated POS (including PushPOS), tabs, splits and tips flow correctly between your POS and your Zeller terminal, and reconcile to your end-of-day report cleanly.
Can we hire extra terminals for a big event?

Yes. Talk to us with a couple of weeks' notice and we'll arrange additional Zeller terminals configured for your event trading — including surcharging and receipts branded correctly.
Do the terminals integrate with our POS (H&L, Impos, Idealpos, Bepoz)?

Yes — Zeller integrates with the major venue POS platforms including H&L, Impos, Idealpos, Bepoz and PushPOS. Orders, tabs and tips flow both ways so bar and floor staff aren't double-entering.
What happens if a terminal fails on a Saturday night?

Call the local Emu Plains number and we'll walk you through a swap on the spot. High-volume Western Sydney venues can pre-arrange standby swap-out units so you're never down for more than a few minutes.
Can we take deposits for functions and bookings?

Yes. Function deposits, room hire and pre-authorisations can be taken through Zeller's virtual terminal or via card-on-file, then reconciled against the final bill on the night.
How does surcharging work at a bar for compliance?

We configure surcharging to current RBA and ACCC rules — the cost of acceptance only, disclosed on receipts and at the point of sale. We'll brief your bar team so counter conversations stay simple.
Is there a lock-in contract?

No. Month-to-month, cancel any time. We'd rather earn your business every month than trap you in paperwork.
How fast can you install a new EFTPOS machine in Western Sydney?
