How quickly can we start taking card payments?

For Tap to Pay on iPhone, often the same week — sometimes within days. Countertop or portable Zeller terminals typically take under a week from application to onsite install.
Are there any monthly fees for a startup?

No monthly fees on Tap to Pay on iPhone. Countertop terminals may have a small rental depending on the model — but we'll show you the exact numbers first, and there's no lock-in.
What documents do I need as a new business to get approved?

Typically your ABN, director ID, a bank account in the trading name, and photo ID. No two years of trading history required — we'll walk you through exactly what Zeller needs so the application is approved first time.
Can I start on Tap to Pay on iPhone and add a terminal later?

Yes — that's how most of our startups begin. Same merchant account, same rate card, same reporting. Add a countertop or portable Zeller terminal the moment volume justifies it.
Do you offer sole trader EFTPOS or only Pty Ltd?

Both. Sole traders, partnerships, trusts and Pty Ltd companies can all be onboarded. Rates and terms are the same — the paperwork just changes slightly by entity type.
How does settlement work for a new business?

Is there a lock-in contract?
